What you’ll be doing
Help is in our DNA. That's why as a Junior Call Support you will be assisting our customers with the requests, questions and struggles they might have. Your job is to guide the clients through their accounts, help them complete their profiles and book consultations.
In a case of technical or administrative issues, you will record the problem and contact a person in the company that can solve the issue.
When a problem of a client is resolved, you can also recommend products and upgrades for their accounts.
